At Neu Breed, we don’t believe in one-project-at-a-time policies. Once a draft has been submitted for your review, we excitedly get the next project in your queue rolling! This way, you can stay as hands-off as possible and focus on other things that require your attention.

Don’t worry, we don’t keep secrets in our partnership. We track the number of hours an editor spends working on each project, and makes it readily available on your dashboard for clear transparency. This way, even when you’re not spending hundreds of hours on the project, you can still stay on top of it.

Our workflow is designed as systematic and streamlined as possible. That allows us to get videos done fast while not compromising on quality. And with our regular check-in meetings, we ensure that you’re heard every step of the way.

You may submit an unlimited number of projects which will build up a queue. Your video editor, managed by a project manager, will power through these projects within the daily editing hours you purchased. You may also request as many revisions as you want — we won’t stop tweaking until you’re 110% satisfied.

The honest answer is that there’s no exact answer. It depends on a few factors such as the overall project complexity, your purchased tier, and the number of revision requests to name a few.

What we can guarantee is that your dedicated team of creatives will collaborate together to give you your money’s worth — or actually even more!

- total file size that needs to be downloaded
- overall project complexity
- project brief clarity
- number of exports needed
- target running time per export
- your purchased tier

Once you’ve submitted the project brief form, we’ll let you know right away when to expect the first draft — but usually just within 24-48 hours.
